Leighton Meester is an American singer, model, actor and musician. Her most well-known role is her role as 'Blair Waldorf' in the television drama show 'Gossip Girls.' Leighton Meester began her professional career in the early years of her life as a girl. When she was a kid she appeared in an local stage production of 'Wizard of Oz, and her enthusiasm in acting developed. Her first job was as a model and in commercials. Through her modeling work, she's been associated with major brands including 'Herbal Essentials as well as 'Vera Wang and 'Jimmy Choo and 'Ralph Lauren. Although she started modeling as an actress, she then decided to pursue acting. The path to acting began when she had an appearance on the TV show 'Law and Order'. She has since played in numerous television and feature films which include 'CountryStrong", 'Monte Carlo', and Killer Movie. In addition to acting, Meester also performed with some of the most famous musicians such as 'Cobra Starship, and singer Robin Thicke, and recorded songs. Leighton Meester is credited with 'Billboard Top Hits' in her tracks.
